About 10 years ago, Jaon Middlebrook left Brooklyn behind and relocated near Hudson, NY, to reconnect with Nature. He has since then been exploring in his work the complex relationship between man and nature and the effects of human intervention in a range of landscapes.
Jason’s works may be seen at numerous public and private collections. Among other places, he has been shown at the MASS MoCA in North Adams, MA, the New Museum and the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City, and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago.
